The after-Christmas journey to lose the 8-8 pounds I gained during the week. Holiday seasons are tough on the body since there are so many good foods and treats available when the entire family gets together for 7 days. 1st day is complete, and I lost 1.8 pounds. Of course, most if not all of the weight is water from salt retention. 1st goal is to get back down to 186 where I started. Then, the journey will focus on dropping to 180 and maintaining at that max.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
