walked 2 miles snowshoeing yesterday. went to my daughters last week..ate a lot over Christmas.now,I am at home
ready to knock off at least a few pounds..

88.4 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg. Still to go: 6.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
