Missed my Monday weekly weigh in. Okay with this weight gain since I've overindulged since the 22nd. My plan to enjoy the holiday season with family with constraint only passed on the enjoyment level. Back home. Out for a birthday celebration last night. Food and exercise is within my control for the rest of the year. Back to my regular routine & work 100% Jan 4th.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
