At least I didn't gain this week! I did download the fatsecret app to my phone yesterday. It seems to work fine. No excuse not to log my food intake.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
