FitOKay's Journal, 12 May 14

Down 6/10ths of a pound from yesterday. Down a whole pound exactly from last Monday. I'll take it ;-) I'm not sure my calories were there for that pound drop this last week. However, I did manage to successfully use biking the last two days to stay 500 calories under my kcal output. Happy about that even if I am eating 1400-1600 calories atm. I think until my hormones even out my goal will simply continue to be trying to stay 500 calories in the negative, regardless of calorie intake. If I can do that my weight loss *should* continue as it has been, despite the increase in appetite.

I think I've decided to work on getting to 100 crunches then start on pushups. Just get some good old fashioned strength training incorporated into my daily routine =p That will also round out my biking a little which focuses on the legs by regularly doing some things that focus on strengthening abs and arms. I'll probably branch out eventually on what I do, but for now I think this is a good goal =)

Happy Monday!

It's definitely working! Awesome! :) Strength training is great in the way that, not only does it increase your metabolism a lot, but also having more strength is a great feeling, like lifting day-to-day stuff with half the effort (well, maybe not that much lol) is awesome heheheh.
