jeannieselby's Journal, 27 Dec 21

I hope you all had a safe, warm and well holiday.

May the New Year bring us health and happiness.

Not journaling again, I know. Just too much going on this holiday.

Thursday was a full day, starting with my 1st pedicure since before Covid. No polish, but wonderful to get them done without too much pain or issues. Then Valley Pain for records, and Rosy's Pharmacy for new prescription. Made the mistake of picking up coffee for the next morning, and got stuck in line for a half hour. It was nice of the guy in the Alfa Romeo in front of me to buy my coffee so that I was able to pay it forward to the car behind. So much pain and lack of sleep, when I finally got home, I just fed the cats and went to bed.

Had fun decorating my "first owned" xmas tree with family and friend on xmas eve, then brunch and dinner with same on xmas day. Company ended up staying an extra night, and the change in medication is not making any dent that I've noticed so far.

Back at work and late too boot. Ugh, not the best start for this last week of the year.

Coach Mike Bayer wrote a couple of books I think you’ll enjoy which have a journaling component. 1) Best Self & 2) One Decision. They’re available on Amazon and pretty reasonably priced, if you’re interested.
