My eating has been off a bit lately. Back to planning and tracking healthy food now. on a positive note the may madness challenge is going well I have been walking daily and doing the usual tonne of housework! will be continuing the ab massacre of doing 100 sit ups a day and 50 leg lifts. might increase it next week or do it twice seeing how I go. Rest days will depend on how I feel and what else I'll be doing each day.
Edit: my meals will be split up differently this week, I will eat breakfast, lunch, then an early dinner with kids around 5pm(vegetable soup) and when I'd usually eat dinner around 7pm I will have a cup of warm milk. I am hoping this will give my body more time to burn the days calories.
Edit: yay for all the people joining THE CHOCOLATE ADDICTS CHALLENGE we can do this!!!! Starts in 8 days I can't wait!
54.5 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks euheide! My belly improved so much during the challenge and then I stopped for a few days and my lower belly started to get flabbier again almost instantly so I want to keep it up so it wasn't all for nothing!

Thanks deb! May madness is easy for me we live on the top floor and for some reason australian apartments tend not to have lifts and laundries are in the shed so I am up and down carrying 12kg babies and washing numerous times a day! My legs are all muscle after 2 years of living here! (Lol!) If only my belly would follow!

That's two of us Njashka! Having toned abs is awesome but they definitely require regular exercise :)
