Summer weather today, 83 forecast! I hijacked K8yks journal and found this paragraph written by another F.S. member who is now maintaining their healthy weight.

People who succeed at losing weight and getting healthy have proven that they have the ability to make positive changes and achieve a goal. This same personal trait can be deployed in so many other aspects of life. In the grand scheme of things, achieving a health goal should be one of many achievements. A minor one at that compared to the possibilities life affords.

My niece told me about the following portable gym and it looks very effective.

Fast Effective and Powerful, Intense total body workout in a short amount of time. I have had trouble getting into the BodyPump classes as the class if very popular and I cant get there in time to sign up and this appears to be a good solution. Saving up my money:)TOWANDA!!

It's not throwing good money after bad if you use it. I'm going to the gym now and getting my energy built up for the day. Did you hear they have technology to charge your electronics using your bodies electrical heart charge...Amazing. TOWANDA!!!

Ask and you shall receive...my gym membership offered 3 free training sessions at sign up which I havn't used. Tomorrow ten am I have trx resistance band training with Jason! Looking forward to changing it up...swinging from rubber bands.....Woooohoooo!!! we,we,we, we..all the weigh to goal! TOWANDA!!!!!

Good morning Lisa! That's great that you can have that many free sessions. We get to have only one. I do believe in the importance of regular exercise no matter how much weight weight we need to lose or even just for maintenance. Have fun at gym! Have a happy & healthy day, my friend!:)

I know the weight loss industry have all kinds of gizmos and products that cost a whole lotta money for a whole lotta nothing. I like the idea of how portable this system is though. I am excited to try them out tomorrow at the gym.
