Time to begin tapering the calories a little to find maintenance once again at this higher weight. Gotta let the muscles catch up to all this fatness 😟

Tomorrow I'll begin pulling in the reins a bit on this whole food thing and do that.... what's it called again? Diet?

I should start looking less flabby and more fabby in about 2-3 months! 😀

I was being a smartass 😜. 30lbs since June though (the end of my last cut). I just stacked on weight without regard to fat or muscle balance. Just to look great in clothes, but now it's time to look better naked again 👍
