All I want for... New Year’s is to say goodbye to the 200s. Even though I’m not tracking like I used to and I’m still not getting enough exercise, I must have learned how to control what and when I eat better to still be making some progress.

Attending a holiday performance tonight with a pleasant dinner planned before. Budgeting the calories now so I can enjoy the meal.
