I haven't weighed in on here in a while. I've been keeping track with an app that I use on my phone. I shot up after Thanksgiving, but came right back down after getting back to walking more. I'm going to try to slowly add calories and get back to a slight surplus. After listening to Layne Norton on how to "bulk" properly, I'm finally going to give it a try. In the past I just ate my face off and trained hard. Now that I'm older, it seems to be a bit more difficult to do it that way.
84.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'll have to check that out. Thanks. In my 20s I used the same approach. Stuff and lift. Put on 25# in a year with some fat but not bad. Now I put on 15 in almost 2 years and if I don't watch my protein percentages I look bloated and fluffy. 😁 keep killing it man. Your lifts are so much heavier than mine.
