INSPIRATION - My journals are often written and inspired by my buddies here on fatsecret. I was looking at Bren's journal today and again she has one of her lovely paintings posted and they truly light up my life. I am so appreciative of the offerings people give of themself on this site. The following paragraph was a thought I had when I saw Brens painting:)

Bren this picture reminds me. Yesterday I was thinking about you "The Artist" as I was driving home from work yesteday and was looking at the sky. I was thinking how beautiful the sky looked with the cloud bank that made an illusion that there was a very large and close mountain range to the North. I enjoy observing the sky as it paints lovely pictures. Sometimes I see a lakes, or lakes surrounded by foothills or like this particular day a huge mountain range.


We are all artists even if we don't think so. Each and every day we have a blank pallet with the freedom to color our world or leave it black and white. Today is a Wednesday that feels like a Friday, have a beautiful day.

P.S. My "On the Money" news segment should air next Monday or Tuesday. They had me get into my little red car and do the interview looking into the side view mirror, and filmed me walking down the sidewalk to the car and then filmed the neighborhood as I drove around the block several times. It was a lot of fun and I wasn't nervous which is most new for me as it felt like pure sweet confidence! I will post the segment next week as soon as it airs around Monday or Tuesday.
