This is my lowest weight loss of the fast, so far. I feel lighter and brighter with a lifted mood. I have energy for house cleaning, I want my house to be lighter and brighter too. I'm closet cleaning and donating extra stuff. I feel like the house is correlated with my body and soul, and feel an urge to get organized and clean on all levels. I've been ignoring dusty corners and too much stuff. My mind, body and soul are getting a scrub!
