Fell off the path yesterday and really enjoyed a day of indulgences. Now back on track. Noticing a desire to continue indulging but I have easy to get to alternative food choices today. Now to honor myself by making good choices as consistently as I can. And remembering really enjoying a mint-chocolate klondike bar. :) J
79.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's ok to have a treat now and then, just not on a daily basis. You are doing very well - honoring yourself with good food choices! Very soon you will achieve that 30 pound loss!
