First weigh-in in the early morning after a while.
Finished my workout and emptied out my sytem. Since eating in a surplus for the last 4 weeks to gain lean size, I haven't gained weight.
My current workout program is definitely a tougher one involving less rest time and alot of back to back stuff. I've also been doing progressive overload successfully.
Only one thing left to do! That is, increase calories further. I'm adding on 250 to put me at 3100.
Let's see how this goes.
Will be continuing my program for 2 more weeks, and make some adjustments afterwards. Going for a clean 150lbs!
66.0 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
