Wow! I weighed myself twice to make sure this was right! Both xs same. I'll take it! I went to nutritionist and it was ok. I did go up .38 of an inch on waist measurement but that wasn't near as bad as expected. Arms were pretty much same. Thighs were up 1/2" . I'm back to gym now and that will help! I was expecting a negative visit,based on how bad I thought I did. Nutritionist actually said she was proud of me for trying to eat healthy while camping for a month, Thanksgiving, and my birthday. That showed me that I need to have more of a glass is half full kind of attitude...I can be a bit negative and hard on myself. Thanks to all for supporting and encouraging me! 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Girl!! You look fabulous! Try not to be so hard on yourself. Do the things you need to do....eat well most of the time, exercise....But, allowing yourself some treats or a day off...that's OK, too. Think of the big picture.
