At least it's going into right direction. I'm going to see nutritionist today. I usually go every 2 weeks but it's been 5 weeks as we were out of town..I'm very nervous to see what measurements are. I know for sure waist will be up. Arms and legs may be down because I wasn't working out as much. Definitely lost muscle definition. I did go to body pump class yesterday and today back and leg muscles are sore...Ill let you guys know results...
60.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
