Oh Becky, 💕 I am starting on the wrong foot already this morning! Need to go grocery shopping, maybe I will walk the store for each item as I just ate two fattening cookies.😕 They had nuts so nutritious!😆 Have a Stupendous Sunday!🌺

Shrewd, no wrongs, just move forward. I done (for the moment) thinking that I have made a mistake, instead just decide to do better next time. I'm sitting here feeling a bit yucky because I drank coffee. I know you love coffee, but I had to take a break from it and I should have wanted until I had some again. I'm not going to have an " I told you so Dummy " moment, I am simply moving forward and making a note to be more mindful. We all will get to the place we need to be as long as we don't give up. Have a wonderful Sunday. ❤

Oh poor Becky, not coffee!🥲 I do love coffee and ordered another coffee maker to be delivered today, under $20. My hubby got the one we have now, very expensive as a gift to me. I liked it, but I think I wore it out.😕 Once you cold turkey coffee, you end up without the enzymes needed to break down the caffeine and do feel jittery or off once you start drinking it again. Takes awhile to get those enzymes going again. I need to be at work or out of the kitchen to not munch today! Brother!😣 Hope you feel better soon, sorry my wonderful coffee did you in. ❤️😔

it's all okay. just count the calories and then adjust. maybe salad instead of sandwich for lunch then, same ingredients just sub bread for extra lettuce and/or veggies

Shrewd, thank you for feeling sorry for me. ❤ I actually felt alot better and put in another 5 hours working on the shed. So the coffee actually helped, I think. Going to go with green tea tomorrow or maybe black tea. No snacks today, only breakfast this morning. Probably going to do a small charcuterie board/plate for dinner. Staying busy outside of the kitchen seems to ward off the snack attacks. 👍😄💖
