Into Peanut M&M's. Guess I really don't want to be at goal weight. There are more important things in life. Not many that would make life easier day to day.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

Remember this journey is not only about reaching a goal weight but about providing yourself with the greatest possible chance of having a healthy future. You do not want to spend your older years, counting pills, having a days outing being a trip to the doctor.. there is a point of no return. So many people have that eat now and when my labs get toooo bad I’ll start eating better and exercising. Then the barn door many already have slammed shut. You can do this. It’s not easy but it is doable. Lifestyle change.
