I'm happy on my weightloss this week. It's great to record a LOSS instead of a GAIN! I guess slow and steady wins the race. Obviously, I wanted to lose more, but I will take what I can get. I have to keep reminding myself that it took a while to pile on the pounds, and it's going to take a while to take them off. Happy Friday everyone!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
