Back down, even though I ate 4 maybe 5 servings of Wheat Thins yesterday. Yup, it was a pajama - Wheat Thins kind of day. 🙃
76.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
