Went hiking yesterday, haven't dined that since I was a teenager. I had forgotten how much energy it requires! But how great it felt afterwards!!! When I looked at my pedometer to see how far I'd hiked, I was shocked to see that it was only 1.25 miles. Seemed much further than that!!! But really who cares!!! The oneness with God was priceless! Can't wait to do it again!!!

love hiking and nature.amazing God's beauty Funny I keep my accupedo on my phone in my pocket while grocery shopping. am shocked in the end by the steps, but some is better than none.

You are so right about the amount of walking you do with the everyday tasks. I did the same thing on my job with each task that I do...just thought it would be interesting to do. It was eye opening!! But before I lost the 50 lbs, I didn't like being outdoors much, now...I love it!!
