Down a bit. Working out pretty much everyday. It is now part of my daily routine. I was up a bit on my calories for the month of April so I am going to try a couple of 1000 calorie days to kick start the month of May. I am still shooting for my goal of 220 lbs. by our cruise on May the 15th. Still working out my notice with my current band and preparing to go full time with my new band some time in June.
102.2 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
