Back to work. Yesterday I couldn’t eat . I just ate what I had to to keep my stomach from grumbling. A little disappointed because of my ounces up, but it has been that way since I started.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
