im taking an appatite suppressant now and it is helping me so much i can only eat little mmeals and no snacks except for fruit aand sometimes vanilla ice cream... ive given up almost all chocolate, and just drink diet soda mostly when i go out for lunch...
88.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

what suppressant are you taking? I've been able to cut down on my calories since I got this app but I'm still hungry all the time.
