I forgot to weigh myself first thing this morning. I woke up early to watch The Indycar grand prix of Alabama, It still hasnt started. But I had a bid breakfast and realised I had forgot to weigh in.
102 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
