You can tell when I take a sick day after a weekend of over doing it.

Sunday - Housekeeper showed up with a friend to help her. No clue until she came wandering around the corner in the dining room. No permission asked, but needed the house cleaned so just dealt with it. Good to have help, so I had them rearranging furniture as part of their cleaning. Living room will now accommodate all, and chairs are all out there, since only 4 can sit comfortably at the table for dinner.

All canned goods, tea bags, dishes, etc. back in cabinets. So for now I will have to stand and reach for anything I need. Just hope it's in the front, so I don't have to pull everything out.

Was hurting, but you know how it is when your adrenalin is flowing, and you're focused on doing things. That is until after I went to bed. OMG - couldn't sleep, couldn't straighten leg out at all, couldn't even get my foot to drop to the floor when trying to stand or walk. Had to cancel Dial-A-Ride and texted HR & my boss that I was going to take PTO. Reached out to an old friend that's a massage therapist, but she was unavailable. (Lil sis & bil are out of town and I don't want to bother them) She was able to make a suggestion of another therapist that does out calls, so thankfully she was willing to come and work on me after she finished work for the day. She was only able to get a modicum of release, and while doesn't normally recommend, suggests I get my Doctor to prescribe some muscle relaxers. So I sent a message. Let's see what that gets me with this being a holiday, and me not being able to go into the office and be seen.

At the office today. Damn I left my pain killers at home, and for once, I really didn't give a crap about taking them at work. Oh well only 6 more hours to go. Please send me any good vibes you can.
