Maintained at 143. I ate just over 2000 calories yesterday; averaged just over 1900 for the week...eating 2000 or more 3 days and less the rest.

I jazzed up my Cream of Mushroom chicken last night by sautéing celery, onion & minced garlic in some butter (Smart Balance Olive Oil spread), added fresh green beans & chopped baby carrots....removed & browned the chicken breasts (salt & pepper & garlic herb) in the iron skillet...removed & combined soup, some water & low fat sour cream...simmered a few min. Put chicken & veggies back in the skillet with soup mixture....cooked in oven for 30 min. I served it with the leftover rice pilaf (1/2 cup). Hubby actually looked excited when I served him his plate 😁

Tonight is going to be simple. I was planning on Tuna sandwiches but we ended up having them for lunch. It's time for a grocery run but I wanted to go tomorrow & get the stuff I need for our Thanksgiving contributions. So some kind of crustless quiche with eggs, cheese & spinach for dinner....bacon & maybe fries with that.

I painted the door between the DR & Sunroom. Gave it 2 coats...I'll decide if it needs one more. I cleaned all the glass panes of excess paint.

It's supposed to be cold...in the 20's tonight. It was cool for our afternoon walk but not bad.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
