Didn’t workout at all last week, my cold of several weeks wasn’t getting better amongst a few other things. Went to the doctor and got an antibiotic that has me timing when I can eat since I have to take it on an empty stomach. This antibiotic interacts with so many medications/vitamins/supplements so I was instructed to stop taking them all. Since going off the supplements my spasms that I get that start in my face and go throughout my body down to my feet are back with a vengeance. Been doing as much stretching/yoga as I can to try and help them be less intense but other than that the pain is making life really hard to think clearly and function like normal. This week is looking a little less busy in terms of my job, and the kids don’t have much for activities, I’m looking forward to not running and doing as much as weeks past.
