Starting to get excited about running, and want to do it, even on rest days. While doing it, I want to give up halfway through the run, but I don't! Then I am so pleased I did well and ran for 35mins! Getting fitted for proper shoes today.
57.4 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

Well done! I ran in high school and for exercise in jr college. I feel terrible that I am not in as good of shape that I can go as fast or last as long now, hopefully I can make it there though!
