5lb loss in eight days. Loss is actually over two weeks due to eating moments before last weigh in. The scale photo I usually post didn't upload, but lately the site has timing issues. 2nd weighing showed a 6.6lb loss. Staying with the first in case it posts later. ⚖️📉👍😊
