So yeah, I need to keep reminding myself that I didn't get fat overnight so I won't drop all the weight overnight either. I can see the low carb thing is working. Intellectually I know the losses are now well over fifty pounds verging on sixty.

This is biological impatience not an issue with lower carb. I still love the food and how I feel. I could eat like this forever and likely will.

A week from today I go in for my first A1C blood test since I started the lower carb thing. I don't know if the eating change will change the number greatly but I actively hope it lowers it. Dare I dream it drops a couple points? Well that's kinda the point of me being here if I'm honest. The weight drop while nice is secondary to getting the A1C number down.
126.5 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
