been off and was feeling down but decided to begin again. Tomorrow I'm going on an old diet that I had success with in the past and generally liked it. Seemed to help with my moods also. Basically it is eating certain foods, I wish I could find the actual little booklet that had it listed but I think I remember the foods; vegies; cucumber, celery, lettuce, green pepper, green onions, dill pickles, white fish, like flounder, cod, cottage cheese no fat yogurt (I like Greek) no sugar jello, strawberries, cantaloupe, lemon juice, I think that is basically it. Has anyone ever heard of it?
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I never heard of it but it sounds pretty basic. Don't be discouraged. Keep on trying. It may take longer than what we hoped for but we need to keep getting up and moving. I am starting over as well. I need to lose 10 pounds to get to the lowest I got last year when I was really trying. Its been four years since I had some heart issues and I needed to start. I lost 40 pounds but twice gained back 20 then lost and then gained back 20 and now I lost 10 of that and 10 more. But I am going to keep going. Though it has been long time normally if I did nothing I probably would have gained 10 more pounds at least in those four years. SO it makes a difference. It is good you are following something you like. Keep it up.
