Finally!!

I've seen 224's on my scale two days in a row which bodes well. I've been averaging in the 226's for the last few weeks with the occasional 225 to tease me.

I'm also embarking on the ZOE project today. It was a birthday gift to myself.

I will have to track my food for two weeks...which I HATE!!! And I get to wear a blood sugar monitor for two weeks which I think is cool. I love data!! But it's all in the name of science and helping me to understand my gut microbiome and how my body reacts to fat and sugar.

I learned of it through the work of Tim Spektor who through twin studies learned that two people, even identical twins can react VASTLY differently to the SAME foods and the same amount of calories. So there are no "one size fits all" diets.
