I find it hard to comment when I weigh in, because the only consistent thing I have done to lose weight is to not add sugar to food or drink. My weight during the day can fluctuate by up to 4lb (2 kg). As I am only losing between 1/3 and 1/2 a pound a week this would normally be un-percieveable. Fat secret has helped me see the small amount of weight loss over time.
