Slow and steady. The exercise seems to be paying off. Not huge losses but my clothes are fitting better. The last shirts my wife bought me only and one X and one didn't have and X at all only an L. Woohoo! Still shooting for that 220 lbs. mark by my cruise in May.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
