25% to my first goal!! and i can do this if... i don't give up, i bounce back after overindulging without punishing myself, i make smart decisions more often that not, i don't beat myself up when i make a mistake, i plan ahead more often that not, i don't restrict after i go over on calories, i don't let an increase on the scale throw me off, i am patient, i am kind to myself, i keep finding support, i keep improving, i keep healthy options in the house, i prep my veggies, i don't stock trigger foods in the house, i know slip ups will happen, i don't expect perfection every single day, i let myself have treats sometimes, i stay calm when it feels like nothing is working, i continue to eliminate or limit empty calories wherever i can, i eat a wide variety of foods i love with a big focus on veggies, i am prepared for times i know i will eat a piece of cake or candy and know that that's okay, i don't starve myself, i set up my environment for success, if anyone sees this and wants to add their own, i'd love to hear them!

Congrats to you🙌🏽. Adding: if I make this healthy lifestyle my way of life and not just a seasonal change if I have fun with my workouts because being active is a blessing we should enjoy
