I had my COVID booster yesterday and by afternoon I had a fever body and headaches.

I’m beginning to have more energy, not much but enough for me to do more house work.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
