Thunder over Louisville weekend, plus out of country visitors. I knew I'd let myself go this weekend and I'm not upset about the 1 pound gain. It probably was more but I lost a little the past 2 days. Regardless, I'm so happy with 180!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
