Was looking through my diet calendar and weight graph. Turns out last month wasn’t so bad! Actually had a 900 kcal deficit for the month! Soooo not bad when you consider all the eating out we did and like 4-5 pieces of cheesecake! Guess all that walking/standing around for Halloween carnivals, scrimmages and errands helped more than I thought. And that is why I don’t stress on the daily or even weekly numbers anymore. It usually evens out for me because a few days a week I try to skip breakfast and lunch and only eat dinner and my midnight snack. 3-4 of those per month help more than I realized when I started here.
AND I’m still 1# higher than I prefer but I’m within range and it’s 1# lower than the end of September so all’s good :).
