Well I went out to the Texas road house today and I really enjoyed the food, and I no I'm going to be up tomorrow. well play time is over back to my salads.

122.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg. Still to go: 13.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Crystaljo I got to get back on my grind, it really doesn't do me good to eat out because it always takes my calories back up.
