I got the fiber up, but carbs and fat still messed up, plus calories to low. I am really struggling to get my daily intact to balance. I do exercise daily and drink lots of water.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
