Good morning fat secreters!!

I lost half a pound this week! I'm relieved to know that I'm still losing weight despite having returned to the 140's. Part of me feared that I would find myself at a stand hill given this accomplishment. I was afraid that I would give up on losing eight once I got back to the 140s, that I wouldn't keep going and that I would never get to the 100 mark. It's 127, so that's still a few weeks away.

Last night couldn't take it anymore. For the last week or so I've been going to sleep hungry. Lowering my daily caloric intake became harder after a few months. I've ben getting hungry only an hour or so after a meal. Unfortunately, I think I got my tunny used to big meals. I know this is temporary, so I've been continuing with it. It's difficult in the long run, and I can see that this is not at all sustainable. I was at 1200 or so calories last night, hungry af, and I ran to the fridge to get a skinny bagel and ream cheese. It jumped my calories up to the 1400s which isn't bad at all. Maybe I should be more self-forgiving. It's not that bad.

Regardless it was a late meal. I fell asleep about half an hour after eating that bagel. I think that's why my weight loss this week was only 1/2 a pound. I wonder what it will be tomorrow morning. I bet It'll be less. We'll see.

Never give up! The trick is to make it as easy as possible :) You're doing great! It's not bad at all! Don't forget that, some foods (high caloric but which don't sate your hunger very much) make it much harder to eat less calories :)
