My weight is not moving.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just an idea....but when I stopped eating after 6pm, I started seeing a difference. It's been a game changer for me 🕕⌛

I am going to try moving my biggest meal to around noon and just fruit at dinner time. My weight just will not move.
