My friday weigh in!

weight: 52.8kg (down 1.1kg from last friday)
Inaccurate bodyfat from scales: 13.9%(same)
waist measurement: 67.9cm (up 0.2cm)

good luck to my buddy the love of fit for the friday weigh in!
edit: ab challenge is getting harder the 50 leg lifts were a pain!;-);-):O
52.8 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
