Woke at 209.0# been the exact same weight going on for almost 10 days, maybe my scale is off did not loose or gain a SINGLE F_N OZ . Been varing different eating concepts, well back to the plan and keep at it, and I'm DO N OK .Well maybe not so much !!!
94.8 kg Lost so far: 98.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you are doing wonderful!! And at least you didn't gain a Single F_n oz.... lol!!!I left here and went to weight watchers. I'm back. I've been coasting here and I coasted ot ww but it costs money and FS doesn't. so.. I may as well stay on this. Plus with diabetes WW doesn't have a plan for LCHF or not so high fat.

Seems like a lot of us are doing the plateau thing right now. Hang Tough! This too shall pass!
