Busy week eating out in restaurants, Late night last night having steak at 8:30pm at night so got a 1# tick uo on the scale, still 5 #s under goal, might need a new goal so I can try harder,Dr. Today, will see what happens today, trying to get off some meds, Play pickleball tonight hopefully , And I'm DO N OK !!!
