Slowly moving towards my target weight! Still keeping up with toning and inc. protein intake.

Thank you Tai!! I usually do workout after my work but I do in home with YouTube. I’m planning to go on gym when I get paid next wk and run on treadmill with some weight training as well.

👍. I am also doing exercise at home like treadmill, bodyweight workout. I will go to the gym when I start to use free weight heavier than my usual push-ups and such at home. But it also nice to see others who are in great conditions to motivate me.
