I gained 3.4 pounds this week. I can't blame nuts as I don't have any in the house however I know it was the cheese! After Thanksgiving there was a cheese plate that didn't get finished. I finished it off yesterday. I just couldn't seem to throw it away or to stop eating it. Every single day of this week I significantly ate over my planned amount so the weight gain is no surprise.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week I will be away from home which I find makes it harder to stay on my eating plan. I am concerned that I could add more weight on during those days. I will have to be careful in my choices, especially after a week of high calorie eating.

My house and garage are totally stuccoed! What is left is the rock accents. This is pretty finicky work so I am not sure how that will progress. The weather is looking fairly nice over the next week so maybe it will be done before the snow flies and stays. I am being promised (and have been promised before...!) that machinery will be here to deal with moving some derelict vehicles and assorted large items out of my yard. Maybe sometime next week??? I hope so.
