Ok...so I went up a half a pound over the weekend. :( I'll take it!!!! Weekends are what normally makes me give up on dieting. :D I cheated...Beer. I enjoyed...beautiful weather! And I ate....Smoked a bunch of ribs and brisket!!! Weekends usually put me back to starting weight...I ONLY WENT UP .4 POUNDS!!! WOO HOO!!! Success!!! :D
65.7 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
